關于做好2021年安徽省高職擴招工作的通知

為貫(guan)徹(che)落實(shi)(shi)好2021年(nian)(nian)《政府工(gong)(gong)作報(bao)告》關于“完成職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)技能提升和高職(zhi)(zhi)擴(kuo)招(zhao)三年(nian)(nian)行(xing)動(dong)目標”的(de)要求,增強職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)技術教育適應性,確保高職(zhi)(zhi)擴(kuo)招(zhao)專(zhuan)(zhuan)項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作圓滿(man)完成,根據教育部(bu)等六部(bu)門2019年(nian)(nian)印發的(de)《高職(zhi)(zhi)擴(kuo)招(zhao)專(zhuan)(zhuan)項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作實(shi)(shi)施方案》和2021年(nian)(nian)印發的(de)《教育部(bu)辦(ban)公(gong)廳(ting)(ting)等六部(bu)門關于做好2021年(nian)(nian)高職(zhi)(zhi)擴(kuo)招(zhao)專(zhuan)(zhuan)項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作的(de)通知》(教職(zhi)(zhi)成廳(ting)(ting)函〔2021〕9號)等文(wen)件要求,結合(he)我(wo)省實(shi)(shi)際,現就做好2021年(nian)(nian)高職(zhi)(zhi)院(yuan)校擴(kuo)招(zhao)專(zhuan)(zhuan)項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作提出如下意見,請(qing)認(ren)真(zhen)貫(guan)徹(che)落實(shi)(shi)。

一(yi)、要切實提(ti)高(gao)政(zheng)治(zhi)站位

高(gao)職擴招是黨(dang)中央、國(guo)務院抓“六穩(wen)”、促“六保”的(de)重(zhong)要舉(ju)措,對實現(xian)教育強(qiang)省(sheng)、人(ren)才(cai)強(qiang)省(sheng)、制造強(qiang)省(sheng)、質量強(qiang)省(sheng)和建設新階段現(xian)代化美好(hao)安徽具有重(zhong)要意義。各地、各校要高(gao)度(du)重(zhong)視,進(jin)(jin)一步提高(gao)政治站位,切實把思想和行動統一到(dao)黨(dang)中央、國(guo)務院決策部署(shu)上來,堅持穩(wen)中求進(jin)(jin)的(de)工作(zuo)總基(ji)調,要把發展(zhan)(zhan)高(gao)等職業教育作(zuo)為緩解(jie)當前就業壓(ya)力、解(jie)決高(gao)技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)才(cai)短缺的(de)戰(zhan)略之舉(ju),堅持系(xi)統化推進(jin)(jin)、質量型(xing)擴招,加快(kuai)培養國(guo)家、我省(sheng)發展(zhan)(zhan)急需的(de)各類技(ji)術技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)才(cai),更好(hao)地服務產業轉型(xing)升級和經(jing)濟(ji)高(gao)質量發展(zhan)(zhan)。

二、要嚴格規范招生考試

1.積(ji)極(ji)動(dong)員(yuan)組(zu)織報(bao)考(kao)(kao)。具有本(ben)省(sheng)戶籍或在皖(wan)務工(gong)(gong)(需提(ti)供6個月以上勞動(dong)合同證(zheng)明),具有高(gao)(gao)中階段學歷或同等學力及以上的退役軍人(ren)(ren)(ren)、農(nong)民工(gong)(gong)、下(xia)崗(gang)工(gong)(gong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、高(gao)(gao)素(su)質農(nong)民、靈活(huo)就業人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)、基層農(nong)技(ji)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)、企事業單位(wei)在崗(gang)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)、村兩(liang)委干(gan)部、革命(ming)老(lao)區專項計(ji)劃、一村一名大(da)學生(sheng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才培養工(gong)(gong)程、農(nong)民工(gong)(gong)“求學圓夢行動(dong)”等相關培養對(dui)象;具有本(ben)省(sheng)學籍且(qie)未參(can)加2021年高(gao)(gao)考(kao)(kao)(含高(gao)(gao)職(zhi)分(fen)類(lei)考(kao)(kao)試招生(sheng))報(bao)名或已參(can)加高(gao)(gao)考(kao)(kao)(含高(gao)(gao)職(zhi)分(fen)類(lei)考(kao)(kao)試招生(sheng))報(bao)名但未被高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)錄取的高(gao)(gao)中階段(含普通高(gao)(gao)中、中等職(zhi)業學校(xiao)<技(ji)工(gong)(gong)院校(xiao)>)應歷屆畢業生(sheng)等群體(以下(xia)簡稱“社會人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)”),均可(ke)報(bao)考(kao)(kao)。各(ge)地、各(ge)校(xiao)要加大(da)高(gao)(gao)職(zhi)擴招相關政策的宣(xuan)傳力度,在鼓勵退役軍人(ren)(ren)(ren)、農(nong)民工(gong)(gong)、下(xia)崗(gang)工(gong)(gong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、高(gao)(gao)素(su)質農(nong)民等人(ren)(ren)(ren)群和(he)基層在崗(gang)群體報(bao)考(kao)(kao)的基礎上,積(ji)極(ji)動(dong)員(yuan)符合條(tiao)件(jian)的靈活(huo)就業人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)報(bao)考(kao)(kao)。同時,嚴格報(bao)名資格審(shen)核,加大(da)對(dui)中介機構(gou)違(wei)規組(zu)織生(sheng)源報(bao)考(kao)(kao)的打(da)擊力度。

2.合(he)理(li)(li)確(que)定(ding)招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)生(sheng)(sheng)計(ji)(ji)(ji)劃(hua)(hua)(hua)。高(gao)(gao)職擴(kuo)(kuo)招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)專項計(ji)(ji)(ji)劃(hua)(hua)(hua)納(na)入各(ge)校(xiao)(xiao)2021年(nian)普通高(gao)(gao)等教(jiao)育(yu)招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)生(sheng)(sheng)計(ji)(ji)(ji)劃(hua)(hua)(hua)總規(gui)模,各(ge)校(xiao)(xiao)要(yao)嚴格落實招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)生(sheng)(sheng)計(ji)(ji)(ji)劃(hua)(hua)(hua),綜合(he)考慮(lv)生(sheng)(sheng)源情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)、辦(ban)(ban)(ban)學(xue)(xue)條件等因素,對照《職業(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)專業(ye)目錄(2021年(nian))》和相(xiang)關(guan)專業(ye)設置(zhi)管理(li)(li)辦(ban)(ban)(ban)法,優先考慮(lv)設置(zhi)適合(he)擴(kuo)(kuo)招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)群體人員(yuan)特(te)點的(de)(de)專業(ye),合(he)理(li)(li)確(que)定(ding)分(fen)專業(ye)招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)生(sheng)(sheng)計(ji)(ji)(ji)劃(hua)(hua)(hua)。省教(jiao)育(yu)廳(ting)根據各(ge)校(xiao)(xiao)辦(ban)(ban)(ban)學(xue)(xue)條件、所處區域和生(sheng)(sheng)源實際(ji)等情(qing)(qing)況(kuang),核準單列并(bing)下達(da)分(fen)校(xiao)(xiao)招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)生(sheng)(sheng)計(ji)(ji)(ji)劃(hua)(hua)(hua),統一(yi)向社會公(gong)布。基本(ben)辦(ban)(ban)(ban)學(xue)(xue)條件指(zhi)標低于教(jiao)育(yu)部限(xian)制招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)生(sheng)(sheng)規(gui)定(ding)要(yao)求、出現紅牌警示的(de)(de)高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao),原(yuan)則上今(jin)年(nian)不安排擴(kuo)(kuo)招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)計(ji)(ji)(ji)劃(hua)(hua)(hua)。鼓勵(li)民辦(ban)(ban)(ban)高(gao)(gao)職在辦(ban)(ban)(ban)學(xue)(xue)資源充分(fen)的(de)(de)情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)下擴(kuo)(kuo)大招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)生(sheng)(sheng)規(gui)模。對利用(yong)(含出租)高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)辦(ban)(ban)(ban)學(xue)(xue)資源舉辦(ban)(ban)(ban)中職學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(含技工(gong)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao))情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)的(de)(de)民辦(ban)(ban)(ban)高(gao)(gao)職、“校(xiao)(xiao)中校(xiao)(xiao)”整(zheng)治不到位的(de)(de),不予安排擴(kuo)(kuo)招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)計(ji)(ji)(ji)劃(hua)(hua)(hua)。

3.改革完善考(kao)(kao)試(shi)評價(jia)方式。繼續執(zhi)行《教育部辦(ban)公廳關于做(zuo)好(hao)2019年(nian)高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)擴招專項考(kao)(kao)試(shi)招生(sheng)(sheng)工作的通知(zhi)》文(wen)件(jian)精神(shen),嚴格(ge)落實(shi)“質(zhi)量(liang)型擴招”要(yao)求,建立健全省(sheng)級統籌的高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)分類考(kao)(kao)試(shi)招生(sheng)(sheng)制度,大力推(tui)進“文(wen)化(hua)(hua)素(su)(su)質(zhi)+職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)技能”評價(jia)方式,加(jia)強對各類生(sheng)(sheng)源職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)技能測(ce)試(shi)的考(kao)(kao)核(he)。退役(yi)軍人、下崗工人、農(nong)民工、高(gao)素(su)(su)質(zhi)農(nong)民等符合國家政策規定的特(te)殊(shu)群體考(kao)(kao)生(sheng)(sheng)可免于文(wen)化(hua)(hua)素(su)(su)質(zhi)測(ce)試(shi),由各校(xiao)根(gen)(gen)據(ju)專業(ye)培養要(yao)求組(zu)織與報(bao)考(kao)(kao)專業(ye)相關的職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)技能測(ce)試(shi)(或職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)適(shi)應(ying)性測(ce)試(shi)),依據(ju)測(ce)試(shi)成績從高(gao)到低錄取(qu)。測(ce)試(shi)具體實(shi)施辦(ban)法由招生(sheng)(sheng)院校(xiao)根(gen)(gen)據(ju)疫情(qing)(qing)(qing)防(fang)控(kong)要(yao)求研(yan)究制定。具體測(ce)試(shi)時間及相關工作安排,將(jiang)根(gen)(gen)據(ju)疫情(qing)(qing)(qing)防(fang)控(kong)實(shi)際(ji)情(qing)(qing)(qing)況(kuang),由省(sheng)教育招生(sheng)(sheng)考(kao)(kao)試(shi)院另文(wen)通知(zhi)。

4.規(gui)(gui)范(fan)組(zu)(zu)(zu)織(zhi)考試(shi)報名(ming)(ming)。繼續統籌做(zuo)好本地疫情防控(kong)和高(gao)職擴(kuo)(kuo)招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)考試(shi)組(zu)(zu)(zu)織(zhi)工作(zuo),精心組(zu)(zu)(zu)織(zhi)高(gao)職擴(kuo)(kuo)招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)專(zhuan)項考試(shi)的報名(ming)(ming)和招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)錄(lu)(lu)工作(zuo)。各校(xiao)要(yao)根據本通知相關規(gui)(gui)定,結合本校(xiao)招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)實際(ji),科學(xue)制定招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)章程(cheng),其內容必須合法(fa)、真實、準(zhun)確,表述規(gui)(gui)范(fan)。招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)章程(cheng)經(jing)省(sheng)教育(yu)(yu)廳審(shen)核備案(an)后,方可向社(she)會公(gong)(gong)(gong)開發(fa)布,一經(jing)公(gong)(gong)(gong)布不(bu)得擅自更改。要(yao)按(an)照向社(she)會公(gong)(gong)(gong)布的招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)章程(cheng),嚴格(ge)報名(ming)(ming)資(zi)格(ge)審(shen)核,根據疫情防控(kong)要(yao)求,安全、穩(wen)妥、有序組(zu)(zu)(zu)織(zhi)入學(xue)測試(shi)及錄(lu)(lu)取(qu)工作(zuo)。預錄(lu)(lu)取(qu)考生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)名(ming)(ming)單(dan)經(jing)公(gong)(gong)(gong)示無異議后,按(an)規(gui)(gui)定上報省(sheng)教育(yu)(yu)招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)考試(shi)院備案(an)并辦理(li)錄(lu)(lu)取(qu)審(shen)批手(shou)續。錄(lu)(lu)取(qu)工作(zuo)由招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)院校(xiao)具體負(fu)責,省(sheng)教育(yu)(yu)招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)考試(shi)院監督。

三(san)、要切(qie)實(shi)提(ti)高(gao)人(ren)才培養質(zhi)量

各校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)要(yao)嚴格落實(shi)(shi)《教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)部辦公廳關于做(zuo)好擴招后高職教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)管(guan)理(li)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)指(zhi)導意(yi)見》(教(jiao)(jiao)職成(cheng)廳函〔2019〕20號)和《安徽省(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)廳關于印發(fa)高職擴招人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)培養(yang)質量保障工(gong)(gong)程實(shi)(shi)施方案的(de)通知》(皖教(jiao)(jiao)高〔2020〕3號)要(yao)求(qiu),嚴格執(zhi)行(xing)“標準不(bu)降(jiang)、模式(shi)多(duo)元(yuan)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)制靈活”原則(ze),修訂完(wan)善專(zhuan)業(ye)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)培養(yang)方案,深化校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)企(qi)“雙(shuang)元(yuan)”育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren),推進現(xian)代(dai)學(xue)(xue)(xue)徒制培養(yang)、訂單(dan)培養(yang)、定(ding)向培養(yang)等(deng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)培養(yang)模式(shi)創新,實(shi)(shi)施多(duo)元(yuan)評價,嚴把教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)質量關。各地(di)要(yao)指(zhi)導學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)做(zuo)好思想(xiang)政治教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)和價值引(yin)領(ling),規(gui)范公共基礎課程設置,開齊(qi)開足思想(xiang)政治理(li)論課。深化教(jiao)(jiao)師、教(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)、教(jiao)(jiao)法(fa)改革(ge),推進“課堂(tang)革(ge)命”。加強對退役軍人(ren)(ren)(ren)、下崗(gang)失業(ye)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員、農民(min)工(gong)(gong)、高素質農民(min)等(deng)群體的(de)日(ri)常管(guan)理(li),規(gui)范學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)頂崗(gang)實(shi)(shi)習的(de)組織管(guan)理(li),做(zuo)到合理(li)編班、科學(xue)(xue)(xue)管(guan)理(li),確(que)保學(xue)(xue)(xue)有所(suo)獲、學(xue)(xue)(xue)有所(suo)成(cheng)。要(yao)進一(yi)步(bu)加強學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)籍學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷(li)管(guan)理(li),建立完(wan)善人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)培養(yang)各環節相統(tong)一(yi)的(de)管(guan)理(li)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)機制,安排專(zhuan)門人(ren)(ren)(ren)員負責學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)日(ri)常教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)管(guan)理(li)各項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)在學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)規(gui)定(ding)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習年限內,修完(wan)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)計劃規(gui)定(ding)內容,成(cheng)績(ji)合格且達(da)到學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)畢業(ye)要(yao)求(qiu)的(de),由(you)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)進行(xing)學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷(li)電子(zi)注冊并頒發(fa)普(pu)通全日(ri)制專(zhuan)科畢業(ye)證書。

四(si)、要加強就業指導服務工作

各地要落實(shi)穩崗擴(kuo)崗支(zhi)持(chi)政策,多(duo)(duo)(duo)渠道做好(hao)高(gao)職擴(kuo)招畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)就業(ye)(ye)工作(zuo),優先(xian)支(zhi)持(chi)就業(ye)(ye)困難畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)求職就業(ye)(ye),支(zhi)持(chi)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)創(chuang)(chuang)新創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)帶動(dong)就業(ye)(ye)。鼓勵各地多(duo)(duo)(duo)渠道招錄畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到農村工作(zuo),服務鄉村振興戰略。指(zhi)導(dao)學(xue)校(xiao)加強就業(ye)(ye)創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)指(zhi)導(dao)工作(zuo),將職業(ye)(ye)發展與(yu)就業(ye)(ye)指(zhi)導(dao)、創(chuang)(chuang)新創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)教育等(deng)(deng)列為(wei)必(bi)修(xiu)課或限定(ding)選修(xiu)課。要做好(hao)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)頂崗實(shi)習工作(zuo)。積極引導(dao)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)參(can)與(yu)1+X證(zheng)書制度試(shi)點(dian),幫助畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)取得(de)多(duo)(duo)(duo)類職業(ye)(ye)技能等(deng)(deng)級證(zheng)書,提高(gao)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的就業(ye)(ye)本領。推動(dong)高(gao)職畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)在落戶(hu)、就業(ye)(ye)、晉升等(deng)(deng)方(fang)面與(yu)普通高(gao)校(xiao)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)享受同等(deng)(deng)待遇,為(wei)更多(duo)(duo)(duo)青年憑一技之長實(shi)現人生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)價值提供舞臺。

五、要(yao)加大條件保障(zhang)支(zhi)持力(li)度

各地要落實好生均撥款制度,規范用好地方(fang)政府專項(xiang)債券資金(jin)等政策。要摸清辦學(xue)(xue)家(jia)底,將改善(shan)辦學(xue)(xue)條(tiao)件納入當(dang)地“十四五”職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教育發展規劃、高(gao)等教育發展規劃、教育基(ji)建規劃中。加(jia)強高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)院(yuan)校(xiao)教師隊伍建設(she),加(jia)快補(bu)充急需(xu)的(de)專業(ye)(ye)教師,提升教師面向不同生源學(xue)(xue)生組織實施教育教學(xue)(xue)的(de)能力(li)。完善(shan)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)自主聘(pin)任兼職(zhi)(zhi)教師的(de)辦法,暢通行(xing)業(ye)(ye)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)高(gao)層次(ci)技(ji)(ji)術技(ji)(ji)能人(ren)才從教渠(qu)道(dao),推動(dong)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)工程技(ji)(ji)術人(ren)員、高(gao)技(ji)(ji)能人(ren)才與職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)教師雙向流動(dong)。積極引導(dao)、鼓勵(li)相(xiang)關行(xing)業(ye)(ye)和企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)多渠(qu)道(dao)籌(chou)措資金(jin)支持(chi)高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)發展。通過高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)擴招(zhao)專項(xiang)錄(lu)取高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)院(yuan)校(xiao)的(de)考生,按照現行(xing)規定(ding)享受資助政策。

六(liu)、要加強組織實施

在省政府(fu)領導(dao)(dao)下,建立(li)(li)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)擴(kuo)招(zhao)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)協調機制(zhi),不(bu)定期召開(kai)協調會議,研究解(jie)決新情(qing)況(kuang)、新問題。各(ge)(ge)有關部(bu)門要明(ming)(ming)確(que)部(bu)門責(ze)任(ren)(ren),切實(shi)(shi)履行(xing)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)職(zhi)(zhi)責(ze),積極主動作(zuo)為,加強協同聯動,形成(cheng)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)合力(li)。各(ge)(ge)地(di)(di)、各(ge)(ge)校要高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)度(du)重視,切實(shi)(shi)履行(xing)主體責(ze)任(ren)(ren),嚴明(ming)(ming)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)紀律,狠抓工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)落實(shi)(shi),將(jiang)(jiang)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)擴(kuo)招(zhao)任(ren)(ren)務分解(jie)落實(shi)(shi)到崗、到人(ren)(ren),做到任(ren)(ren)務明(ming)(ming)確(que)、目標(biao)(biao)具體、責(ze)任(ren)(ren)落實(shi)(shi),形成(cheng)一(yi)級抓一(yi)級,層(ceng)層(ceng)抓落實(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)機制(zhi)。各(ge)(ge)校要成(cheng)立(li)(li)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)擴(kuo)招(zhao)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)專班,建立(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)機制(zhi),按(an)要求(qiu)定期向教(jiao)育廳報(bao)送高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)擴(kuo)招(zhao)招(zhao)生(sheng)數據(ju)。各(ge)(ge)地(di)(di)要系統梳理(li)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)擴(kuo)招(zhao)兩(liang)年來的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)做法(fa),在招(zhao)生(sheng)考(kao)試、教(jiao)育教(jiao)學、人(ren)(ren)才(cai)培養方(fang)案制(zhi)訂等方(fang)面(mian)形成(cheng)一(yi)批新的(de)(de)(de)典型經驗。各(ge)(ge)地(di)(di)要加強對(dui)(dui)(dui)職(zhi)(zhi)業院校的(de)(de)(de)督(du)導(dao)(dao)評估。加強對(dui)(dui)(dui)退役軍人(ren)(ren)等重點群體的(de)(de)(de)統計標(biao)(biao)識。省政府(fu)教(jiao)育督(du)導(dao)(dao)辦將(jiang)(jiang)對(dui)(dui)(dui)各(ge)(ge)地(di)(di)擴(kuo)招(zhao)組織實(shi)(shi)施情(qing)況(kuang)進行(xing)督(du)查,并將(jiang)(jiang)各(ge)(ge)地(di)(di)落實(shi)(shi)情(qing)況(kuang)作(zuo)為年度(du)對(dui)(dui)(dui)市(shi)級人(ren)(ren)民政府(fu)履行(xing)教(jiao)育職(zhi)(zhi)責(ze)督(du)導(dao)(dao)評估的(de)(de)(de)重要內容(rong)。

各市(shi)教育(yu)局、各招(zhao)(zhao)生(sheng)院校要(yao)按本通知要(yao)求,結合疫(yi)情防控實際情況,制定具(ju)體實施方案(an),進一步落(luo)實擴(kuo)招(zhao)(zhao)任務(wu)和舉措。招(zhao)(zhao)生(sheng)計劃申報、招(zhao)(zhao)生(sheng)章程編制分別由(you)省教育(yu)廳發展規(gui)劃處和省教育(yu)招(zhao)(zhao)生(sheng)考試院另文通知。
